Corrections Policy

Accuracy requires a clear way to challenge and correct published information.

Report a factual error

Email support@wisnaro.com with the subject "Article Correction". Please include the article URL, the statement in question, why you believe it is incorrect and any relevant supporting evidence.

Reviewing reports

Our intended process is to assess specific claims against appropriately reliable sources, including original documents, official guidance and current evidence where relevant.

Corrections and clarifications

When a material factual error is confirmed, we aim to update the affected content. Where appropriate, significant corrections should include a visible explanation. Clarifications may be added where wording was incomplete or misleading without being strictly incorrect.

Routine updates

Information such as prices, eligibility rules, product details and statistics may change. Routine updates should reflect new verified information and distinguish current facts from historical context.

Disagreements and uncertainty

Not every disagreement establishes an error. When credible sources differ, an article may need to explain the disagreement, limitations and remaining uncertainty rather than present one interpretation as settled.

Transparency

Article review dates and update dates should represent actual editorial activity. We do not promise that every article is continuously monitored or reviewed by a credentialed specialist.
